Magnesium body balm is great for aching or tight muscles; cold and tingling feet or a good cure for rough dry skin. It is the perfect go-to balm. Magnesium is readily absorbed by the skin than internal supplements. It comes in a 2 ounce tin, just a little bit goes a long ways.
